Yes! We welcome families with children. The home is family-friendly and includes a travel cot. The outdoor space is also great for kids to explore. However, please note: there are several steps and an unfenced stream and pond within the garden and grounds.

Yes, pets are welcome! We allow up to 2 well-behaved pets. There is plenty of outdoor space for them to roam and there are walks surrounding the house left right and centre. Wooden floors throughout the downstairs means muddy paws aren’t a problem for our four-legged firends.

Yes, there is private parking available on the property. There is enough space for 2 medium-sized vehicles on the driveway and 1 inside the garage.

Yes, wifi is available throughout the house. However, it isn’t always the most reliable due to area in which the house is situated (an extra incentive to just switch off!)

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. We also provide basic cooking essentials such as pots, pans and utensils.

Yes, we provide all bed linen and towels for each guest.

We offer complimentary body wash, and hand soap. Hair tools are also available.

Enjoy the outdoor deck/patio with a comfortable lounging /seating area , a BBQ and a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. We also have a pond, stream and water feature area for you to explore.

The property is surrounded by nature with easy access to walks and wildlife. There’s plenty of activities available for all age groups.We provide a guidebook with local recommendations for dining, activities, and hidden gems.

Any cancellations up to 4 weeks before check-in will receive a partial refund . For cancellations closer to the check-in date, a refund will not be available. Please review our full cancellation policy at the time of booking.

We kindly ask that you treat our home with respect. Some basic house rules include:

• No smoking anywhere on the premises.

• 8 guests maximum

• No parties

• No dogs upstairs

• Quiet hours between 9pm and 8am to respect our neighbours.

• Please clean up after yourself and take out rubbish to the bins provided.

• Young children must not be left unattended in the garden

Yes, the house includes a washer and dryer, along with washing pods for your convenience.
