The open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area is the heart of the home, featuring a high-spec modern kitchen fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and everything else you need for a gourmet meal. Our stylish glass dining table with seating for 8 people means it’s perfect for entertaining and gatherings for small families and friends. From here, you can also access the decking area through double doors that open up to overlook the stunning garden and pond area. The ‘posh’ living room offers a seperate space for the parents to escape. It surrounds the double-sided log burner that also burns through to the kitchen/dining area. It’s a perfect space to curl up and read a book or enjoy a good film. There’s also a side door that opens up onto a different area of the decking, allowing and easy and accessible style of indoor-outdoor living.

The Hempel features four beautifully appointed bedrooms on the upper floor and one on the ground floor:

• Bedroom #1: A luxurious queen-size bedroom with a modern en-suite shower room, offering privacy and comfort.

• Bedroom #2: A luxurious sized bedroom with views of the pond. Composed of a queen-sized bed that also splits into 2 beds and its own en-suite- making it the perfect room for the kids.

• Bedroom #3: A cosy single room, perfect for children or a solo guest with views of the back garden and stream feature.

• Bedroom #4: Another spacious king-size bedroom with its own en-suite ideal for a restful night’s sleep.

• Bedroom #5: A double bedroom with its own wet room located downstairs. Tucked away in the back end of the house, it’s another room offering privacy and the ability to step away fron the hustle and bustle of the rest of the house.
